b support tickets usually look like this: "My name is "some exotic outsourced name", and I'll be assisting you today. Please allow me some time to look into your request and I will update you when I have more information. Please let me know if you have any further questions or concerns in the meantime." Several hours later: "Thanks for your patience. Unfortunately, I have reached the end of my shift. So, I will hand off the ticket for further investigation and one of our admins in the shift will soon look into the issue and update you further. In the meantime, please let us know if you have any further issues, questions, or concerns. We're delighted to assist!" About an hour later: "My name is Daniel and I have picked up this ticket to assist you. Please allow me a few moments to look into this for you." Then repeat the end of shift again and again! Finally days later someone attends the ticket, but they do something and fail to do it right! They allowed all my SSL certificates to expire! And on the chat they ask me am I sure all the SSL expired after I clearly stated and asked them to take a look to see that they all epxired. It's like a mocking game. This is what LiquidWeb has become!

Evidently, Contabo does not grasp this fundamental concept.** The horror doesn't stop at the downtime. The chain of incompetence continues with their so-called “support”. After opening a critical support ticket, how long did it take for them to respond? An insulting **TWO DAYS**! This isn't just slow; it bespeaks a blatant disregard for their customers' needs and livelihoods. Time is money, and every hour of downtime represents not just lost revenue but a loss of trust with my own clients. And when they finally did respond, what did they say? Did I get a comprehensive, professional action plan? Did I get assurances that they were working to resolve my issue with urgency? No. Instead, I was met with an infuriatingly patronizing message advising me to “keep calm.” **KEEP CALM?!** How can any professional in this industry think that this is an appropriate reaction to a five-day server outage? This response is tantamount to spitting in my face while my business burns to the ground. Let's talk about the so-called “benefit” – the lower cost. Yes, Contabo’s pricing is cheaper than many competitors, but the real cost becomes apparent only when things go wrong. The true price of Contabo's service is revealed in their shocking ineptitude and dereliction of duty when you need them most. Their prices are low for a reason: **you get absolutely nothing for your money – no reliability, no support, and certainly no accountability.** To summarize the horror: - **Egregious Downtime:** My server has been down for an astonishing five days, a death sentence for any serious operation relying on online infrastructure. - **Nonexistent Support:** The support team took two excruciating days to respond to a critical ticket, reflecting a total disregard for customer urgency. - **Insulting Responses:** Rather than offering a solution or genuine assistance, the support team had the audacity to tell me to “keep calm” – an insult given the dire situation. - **False Economy:** Cheaper prices mean absolutely nothing if the service renders your business inoperative and leaves you without support in crisis.
