ource support, and when you contact them they have no clue or have no tools to help you. With Contabo, it is different. They are rapid in their response and the response is from Contabo's experts. Any problem is solved immediately. I have Dedicated server and 5 VPS with them.

ure, without being given any links as to how to configure them, so I removed those. A few months later, I started having networking issues. Not anything constant, just drop outs here and there. This was detrimental to me, as some services I run require a constant connection to outside sources, and an interruption requires a full restart of them (which can take upwards of 10-15 minutes). I've tried contacting support about this, but they have said that nothing was wrong, so they didn't look into it. Later on, last month, I was still having these, so I decided to restart the server, in hopes that this would fix these issues. Long story short: it didn't fix them. I had to mess around with the network configuration to get it to work again (dns/incoming/outgoing connections). I tried to ask the host to help me with this, and I was met with "This server is not managed, therefore you have to fix it yourself.". Seems like a thing I shouldn't have to do, considering it was their configuration that had caused this issue (the server had never been restarted before this). I will 100% be moving to a new company when I get my next paycheck.

I moved, I requested a look at a PCI scan via the helpdesk as I had been told it was NO PROBLEM after asking extensive questions. However, my salesperson either lied or fully misunderstood the information she was relaying back and forth... NOT SUPPORTED. I raised hell and she came up with a compromise of pasted the report in to a helpdesk ticket. I agreed, moving clients is no joke across 3 dedicated servers. Now less than a year later they will not even honer he workaround.
Aside from that the service is adequate, not fast support and certainly not the most experienced, but adequate.
