cel and get refund but they refused to offer more than 50% even though I had transferred the domain away and had no intention of using the services. Support woefully inadequate and very unhelpful support. They are only interested in the money. 2 out of ten is generous, its 2 only because I could could not make the stars show a lower score.

because they restart their server or something and some services fail to go online!
Anyway they are way overpriced, such a service level and quality of servers and available resources fits ( 2$ hosting ) NOT ( 200$ ) hosting!
