n their platform. I can not be more satisfied with the service and 1 call resolution I have received and they are 24/7.
If there is any negative it would be you can not work with a specific rep. I have been fortunate to work with the same Go Daddy Guide on several different instances. His name is Austin Weil and he has gone above and beyond my expectations.
These are my customers that are being moved to Go Daddy from other companies and working with Austin has been smooth and trouble free.
The customer is happy and I have everything I need in order to provide the digital services they have purchased from us.
The worst hosting service I've ever seen. The 24/7 support is a joke. Didn't migrate my site properly and now it's down. The ...展开
website is blank - white letters on white background (photos not migrated properly) and they say it's not returning any errors so it's fine. The 24/7 support consists of them telling me why they don't see a problem and why they can't do anything about it. The only competent people in this company are in the sales team - once you purchase you'r left with ticket-based support team that can't fix the simplest issue. Going back to previous hosting provider, left them cause I thought they were expensive. After Fastcomet happy to pay any money not to have to deal with them. If you care about your website and don't want to spend weeks migrating avoid this company.

h him when he left and our company cannot access our own website. The site needs major work since it has so many inaccuracies but try as we might we are unable to get GoDaddy to help us. We sent ALL of the required information to them to regain access and they said that they still cannot verify we are legit. Even have the billing we paid them. They have been no help what so ever. There has to be a way to get back into our own site!
