y account did'nt reach the limit but since I had zipped file of 7 GB and it was unzipped by developers, and later on zip file was removed but they blocked my account. If you type my website address, it shows on screen, due to "billing for outstanding invoices" my account have been disabled. I have chat with technical support many times but my account after six months is still unavailable. If you want to trash your time, effort and money this is your company to host with. Time is money and money is time. My account is not availabale while I have paid for the the entire year. So I lost money and Time both, you do the math....

he only ever answered once. Not even any answerphone service. He told me it would be easier to log a ticket. Did this, takes ages (sometimes) days to get a response. Keeps fobbing it off to different companies to deal with and each time it comes back to him. Have delt with a couple of other hosting companies before and it has always been a simple 15min task but Brad from Hoopla doesn't seem to want anything to do with it. Somehow he has locked our domain to his company even though the domain has been around for a couple of years and I can't even get in touch with him to find out why. As soon as I can figure this out i am transferring to another provider. Worst domain experience ever. Beware of this company.
