When I approached them for an explanation it was just the usual apologies and that their 'technical team was looking into it'.
They blamed it on an overload of the server because I was a on a shared platform but I was still getting downtime alerts I'd set up at 3-4am in the morning so I found that hard to believe.
I had clients trying to get onto my site during key moments of my day only to find it unavailable. It would come back online for 30 mins and then drop out for 10 with the process repeated daily.
It was a continual fob off and then they took down their online chat facility so it was difficult to get hold of them.
In the end I got sick of getting nowhere with them and moved to Siteground who were spot on right from the start.
To least you can expect from a hosting company is to keep you online.
TsoHost cannot do this so steer clear.
