y account did'nt reach the limit but since I had zipped file of 7 GB and it was unzipped by developers, and later on zip file was removed but they blocked my account. If you type my website address, it shows on screen, due to "billing for outstanding invoices" my account have been disabled. I have chat with technical support many times but my account after six months is still unavailable. If you want to trash your time, effort and money this is your company to host with. Time is money and money is time. My account is not availabale while I have paid for the the entire year. So I lost money and Time both, you do the math....

So I not only renewed the plan but also upgraded to high level plan at $45/month. However the support is getting worse and worse, high priority tickets are not answered in time. Email server refused my connection now and then, which is never fixed at the root. When it happens, my tickets usually takes hours and hours to get a short response asking more info, which has been in the original ticket because of many times of previous occurrence.
Good speed, bad support trends down. Moved my website away although there are 7 months of hosting left (worth over $300).
