own. Their reseller hosting plans are very cheap and easily upgradable. Today I have migrated my two more sites on the Host4Geeks server by seeing their performance and reliability towards their customers.
To be honest I was confused to go with Host4Geeks as my option was GoDaddy. But after going through their web hosting reviews and award-winning performance I took a chance to host my website and I think I have made the right choice. Coming up to their support team, they always guide me across all my queries, and not only this they help me choose the best plan for my website. Harshal and Vishal have helped me every time, even if I have asked the same question twice.

Unanswered mails and what not. Only the customer care executive can speak sweet that's the only thing they have been song since 15th Sept 2020.

ention their IP keeps getting blocked by outlook.com. When I would put in a ticket, they were very quick to respond, so that was always plus. I decided to switch hosts (8/2020) and opened a ticket on 9/4 (my billing cycle starts 9/23) to close my account. Received an auto reply that billing tickets are usually replied within 24 business hours. No response until 9/23 when they tried to charge my credit card again. I've been following up with them through the ticket and no response. I have screenshots of the ticket where I've been following up with no response. I even opened up a second ticket and referenced the first ticket. That second ticket was placed on "hold." They have also added a late fee. I notified them well in advance to cancel my services. This is unethical what they are trying to do. Terrible, terrible. Stay away. Not an honest company. They are trying to fraudulently charge me after I notified them to cancel my services.
