hat I have with them is that they take so long to respond to you. It even says that they are away. I think it is rude especially since if you were to take a couple of extra minutes replying to them, they will end the chat.

roviders; at the moment, neither Yahoo, nor Gmail will accept our mail from them. This has effectively shut down our ability to do business. Yahoo and AIM have not worked for 4 months. Gmail has been a week, but is the majority of the email market. Every time I chat, this is the answer (direct quote) " I wish I could give you a time frame however, but I don't have any means of providing you a reasonably accurate outline." If they can't fix a problem, give a timeframe, or allow you to talk to someone who knows a status, then it's time to look elsewhere. I certainly am.
