ervice. They tell us to wait an hour for questions and answers. You have to deal with urgent customers on your own and you won't be able to get help right away. A ridiculous system that requires a fee for quick help.

then this review is worth it. Took them a year to complete a domain transfer. Each step of the way was another lost 1-2 hours on the phone with one step completed (maybe) and another several left undone. Slow loading speeds, inflated pricing. As other reviewers mention, no callbacks when they promise them. Over and over I was promised "escalation" or "a ticket" or that my case was being "handled by the experts" and no record of anything ever kept in their system of my calls. No way to track your "tickets" because there's no way to view them yourself or open one yourself. You have to rely on them, and that proved to not be a good idea. Don't know why I stayed so long. Please save yourself the trouble, this company used to be OK but now the service is just really unacceptable.
