am dealing with issues relating to my business site. Childish and unprofessional. Unfortunately I made the mistake of signing 4 yrs on black friday sales. I will probably sign with another company to end this headache. I host 4 sites with them. I have been locked out of emails, now my Cpanel and site has been down a few times relating to problems on their side. Be very careful, if it seems to good to be true it usually is :(

roviders; at the moment, neither Yahoo, nor Gmail will accept our mail from them. This has effectively shut down our ability to do business. Yahoo and AIM have not worked for 4 months. Gmail has been a week, but is the majority of the email market. Every time I chat, this is the answer (direct quote) " I wish I could give you a time frame however, but I don't have any means of providing you a reasonably accurate outline." If they can't fix a problem, give a timeframe, or allow you to talk to someone who knows a status, then it's time to look elsewhere. I certainly am.
