...ss - particularly in a Pandemic. They caused the issue when they switched my account from a web hosting to email-only hosting plan, but have yet to figure out what happened. (ONE of the issues is that I now get 1/3 the email volume I got before move, many key emails do not get delivered but the senders don't get bounce-back messages, these senders don't show up in my Spam filter). I have spent almost 60 hours at this point attempting to get answers from their Tech Support team. The answer I usually get – when there’s actual contact – is that the issue has been elevated to a senior team and someone will get back to me. No one ever gets back to me and now they are ignoring my attempts to contact them. As far as I can see, nothing has been done to troubleshoot/resolve my issue and I question their technical expertise. Avoid, Avoid, AVOID.
