They make sure, that you speak with a human and do everything they can to make you happy. The only thing, which would be nice, is some sort of basic ddos protection for free. However incoming traffic is free, so you don't have to pay if an attack on your server happens.

ey leak your information no matter what, i am some months with them but definitely i will move! They was respectful on the start and then their behavior started to be terrible with null routes and abusive behavior, i had much times packet loss from their network all i can say stay away!

Gmail has been a week, but is the majority of the email market. Every time I chat, this is the answer (direct quote) " I wish I could give you a time frame however, but I don't have any means of providing you a reasonably accurate outline." If they can't fix a problem, give a timeframe, or allow you to talk to someone who knows a status, then it's time to look elsewhere. I certainly am.
