nhelpful, and actually a hinderence to business. Once i finally got my domain working i've been overcharged, attempted cons, and insulted. Be aware that if you dont pay for renewal three months early they will claim your domain has expired and want hundreds of euros to get it back. Borderline blackmail. Definately unethical.
