ots of bandwidth in spurts and then things die off til the next release or update. With Beluga, the ability to have a CDN is now a reality for us. Our users are happy with the speeds. (Some of our games are over 5GB in size). We successfully deployed a release this past week with no complaints of download speeds. That is a first! Best of all, we did it at a price that was affordable to use.
I wish they had better reporting, but you do have the ability to receive logs from them, so that's a good compromise. I've sent in 4 support tickets and most of the time they responded back within 10 minutes or less! SHOCKING.

an account. Support told me that I selected an automatically charge when I was registered, but I don't find any option in settings how to remove Credit card data or an option how to switch off automatically charges. So seems to they have only one option is to remove an account.
Also they didn't have an FTP data upload service by default, only as additional service with extra payment for this service.
Seems to you have to pay every month minimum 20$ and plus a fee for spent traffic.

again, I told them to fix it everyday for 8 days and They DID not fix the issue which was caused by them, I was in a loss for more than $2500 usd when my website was offline. Now the hosting is cancelled and they are not even refunding the money I paid them I have tried everything to get the money back from them but they keep sending their TOS to me. It wasn't my fault that their server was faulty or whatever but I paid the price and lost a lot of money. I would have stayed there if they had fixed the VPS but I was tired of creating tickets and sending messages in live chat. I had started more than 10 conversations including tickets with them. After a while I filed BBB complaint against them and they only replied once and replied their TOS as they did before and ignored me on BBB and there were no further replies from them I paid over $1500 CAD, They are just holding my $500 hostage which I have in their balance and they are not refunding me the rest of the money which i spent. it was those a little longer than a month only. Now the only option I have is to file a case in a small claims court because it was their mistake that the website was having problems and it was not fixed and I waited a long time for it to get fixed Therefore I want a refund which is still not provided to me. My father and my grandmother passed away in 2020 and I am going through depression after all that still there are people who scam small business owners me for thier hard earned money.
